Can goods be collected at ERZET’s facilities?
You are welcome to come to us in person to collect ordered parts. Collection times for this service are as follows:

  • Monday to Thursday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
  • Friday 8:00 am - 1:00 pm

Please make sure you have your order reference ready, which you can find on our order confirmation, when you come to collect your order.

Are you missing a certificate, or do you have a question about certificates?
In these cases you are welcome to directly contact our certificates department. Find the right contact person here.

Does ERZET provide data sheets?
Just now we are working intensely to prepare a broad spectrum of information on piping accessories for you. In the future, you will be able to access a large part of the information on our home page. Until then, our employees will be happy to talk to you in person in order to help you.

Can your shipment be dispatched on the same day?
ERZET stands for FLEXIBILITY. We always strive to dispatch your shipment on the same day. Orders placed before 2 pm, which can be prepared using our storage programme, are dispatched on the same day, generally speaking. However, please contact your account manager for precise coordination. We will be happy to prove our flexibility to you!
